2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Account Creation Process

When creating an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document (KTP or passport), date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You must complete the KYC verification process by submitting clear photographs or scans of your identification document and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your current address within 7 days of your first deposit or within 30 days of account creation, whichever comes first. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account with hsc777. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect duplicate accounts registered using the same personal information, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, or household, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances and bonuses, and permanently ban the Player from future registration. Winnings derived from multi-accounting will be voided and forfeited.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method: Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallets. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be capped at Rp 100,000,000 depending on the chosen payment method and your Account status. Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) and within 24 hours for transactions submitted outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays. We do not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction charges at their discretion.

3.3 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not connected to any illegal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, or proceeds of crime. We reserve the right to request proof of income, bank statements, or other documentation to verify the source of your funds as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in suspension or closure of your Account and forfeiture of balances.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the following timeline:

• BCA and BRI transfers: 15 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB)
• BNI and Mandiri transfers: 2 to 6 hours during banking hours

Gold VIP members receive expedited processing with guaranteed 30-minute turnaround times for all withdrawal requests. The processing timeline begins after your withdrawal request has been approved by our finance team following security and AML verification checks.

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements and Restrictions

To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified through KYC procedures, you must have met all wagering requirements associated with any active bonuses, and your withdrawal amount must not exceed your available balance minus any pending bets. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 for all payment methods. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are: Rp 50,000,000 for Bronze members, Rp 100,000,000 for Silver members, and unlimited for Gold VIP members. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your hsc777 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for security and AML compliance reasons.

4.3 Withdrawal Fees

hsc777 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first two withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals within the same month incur a processing fee of 1.5% of the withdrawal amount or Rp 25,000, whichever is greater. Gold VIP members are exempt from all withdrawal fees regardless of frequency.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives provided by hsc777 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on our website at the time of the promotional offer. Standard wagering requirements for deposit match bonuses are 8x (eight times) the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn. Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute 50%. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and are intended solely to generate additional betting opportunities. Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonuses: Rp 25,000 per spin for slots and Rp 100,000 per bet for sports and live casino. Exceeding these limits while a bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

6. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed unless a technical error is verified by our system administrators. We reserve the right to void bets placed on events with incorrect odds, obviously erroneous lines, or games affected by technical malfunctions. 6.2 Sports Betting Rules

For football betting markets, if a match is abandoned before completion, all bets are void except for markets that have already been unconditionally determined (e.g., first goalscorer if a goal was scored before abandonment). For Asian Handicap bets, the official result at the end of regulation time (90 minutes plus stoppage time) is used unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count toward bet settlement unless explicitly stated in the market description. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one selection is void due to postponement or cancellation, the odds for that selection are adjusted to 1.00 and the parlay continues with the remaining selections.
